Glitra

This design is a base of Angel in Disguise (from the Shadows Collection), which is a charcoal gray that’s perfect for the winter.  I followed that with paint strokes of black and white acrylic paint done with a striping brush, then a layer of Water Field on the tips and Grand Jewels on the entire nail.

Glitra

Did you know: Our modern word “glitter” originates from the Old Norse word glitra meaning “to glitter”. Glit means “brightness”.  Isn’t etymology interesting?
